In the third step, you will have to place the contact lens on your index finger. Rinse the lens carefully with solution, which is provided you at the time of purchasing. After that, if it folds down, just push it back up with your other index finger. But you should make sure that the contact lens is right side out. The edges of the contact lens should curve inward not out.

In forth step, you will have to use your middle finger to pull down your lower lid.

In fifth step, you will have to place your contact lens on your eye and release your lower lid, and then, you must blink your eye to adjust the contact lens in your eyes.

In sixth step, you will have to repeat this process with the left eye. When you finished all steps, then you must clean out the contact case and refill with fresh solution.
